The powerful HEPA 13 filter of the DETOXIMIX AIR PURIFIER is composed of 3 integral layers for a quick and easy change. A pre-filter, an activated carbon filter, a HEPA filter. The first layer is dedicated to the pre-filter whose function is to retain hair and thick elements, a second layer is made up of the activated carbon filter whose objective is to capture odors and fumes, and finally the HEPA filter which will capture the bacteria, fine particles, pollen, fungi. Each filter has a lifespan of approximately 2,200 hours when installed. An indicator light on the purifier’s control panel will illuminate to let you know when it’s time to change.
